Who can use CareHQ under the Allianz Digital Health Service offering?

Anyone who has an Allianz Digital Health Service activation link.

How long is a CareHQ consultation?

A CareHQ consultation allows for 10 minutes of face-to-face online time with a GP.

Can I use CareHQ for any medical need, sickness or injury?

If you have a medical emergency such as severe pain, collapse, or shortness of breath, please call 111 immediately.

A CareHQ GP can help treat most medical needs, sicknesses or injuries, from common colds, urine infections, migraines and repeat scripts for your pharmacy, through to acne, health counselling and off work certificates. In short, most things you'd normally see a GP for. As a telehealth service CareHQ may not be right for all medical conditions however, for complex health issues that are ongoing, and you have been seeing your enrolled GP clinic about, your CareHQ GP may ask you to reach out to your GP clinic for continuity of care and safety.

During your video or phone consultation, a CareHQ GP may advise that they are unable to provide advice virtually for some medical conditions and recommend that you still require an in person consultation following your virtual consultation to provide better care to you.

How do I pay?

CareHQ will ask for your payment card details through a secure payment process when you book your consultation. We accept bank debit cards and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard).

You’ll only be charged when your consultation is successfully completed.
