We are taking care of you and your employees. We provide international health insurance solutions and support services for international companies for peace of mind when at home or abroad.

The Suisse International Healthcare Plans is a seamless, integrated solution and one of the first fully compatible international solutions for expats living in Switzerland or abroad. This product was developed in partnership with the Swiss health insurer KPT and Allianz Care, the international health brand of Allianz Partners. It combines local and international competence and guarantees access to medical networks, easy claims processing and a competent helpline.

You can choose from several core plans, which include a wide range of in-patient and day-care treatments as well as other benefits such as medical evacuation, local ambulance and nursing at home. These Core Plans can be supplemented by a choice of Out-patient, Dental and Repatriation Plans. Employees can also choose their preferred geographical area of cover, ensuring they get the cover that matches their particular needs.

Treatment Guarantee Form

For certain treatments and costs, a Treatment Guarantee Form must be submitted in advance. After our approval, the reimbursement of these necessary treatments or costs are guaranteed. The benefits and treatments that require prior approval are marked with a 1 or 2 in the Table of Benefits. You can download a Treatment Guarantee Form here:

Claim Form

For out-patient or dental treatment, you will need to pay your bill directly to your medical provider. Please then send us the paid invoices together with the Claim Form. We will then refund you the amount.
