28 April 2022

Due to the evolving nature and complexity of the situation and sanctions in Russia, along with the exclusions within our travel insurance products, Allianz Partners Australia will not be underwriting any new policies or extend current policies for travel to Russia from 28 April 2022.

The Australian Government has currently increased its advice level to ‘Do not travel’ to Russia due to the security environment and military conflict with Ukraine. This situation is evolving and subject to change. Please refer to the Smartraveller website for up to date Australian Government advice on Russia.
