Charu is a seasoned business leader with experience in Banking and Financial Services , Insurance and Retail. In her 22 years of work experience , she has helmed leadership roles for 10 years with P&L accountability .She has expertise in business scale up , distribution set up and management , business development , building strong and sustainable customer value proposition , portfolio management and handling large teams .

Charu joined Allianz Partners in May 2014 as the Chief Sales Officer and has been instrumental in charting out an excellent growth trajectory in India .Prior to joining Allianz Partners , she worked in Citigroup for close to a decade in consumer finance and retail lending and was the Business Head for personal loans handling a 450 strong branch network .Charu has also worked with Perfetti, Arvind Mills and Netambit .

Charu is a people’s person and leads from the front .She brings with her the leadership skills , experience and the strategic vision needed to drive the growth and diversification of our business in India . She is a graduate in Economics from Lady Shriram College , Delhi University and holds an MBA from IMT ,Ghaziabad .

Megha is an accomplished Customer Experience industry expert with significant leadership and business management experience across retail, banking and insurance sectors. She possesses 18+ years of valuable experience across different business verticals and led various roles in higher management during her stint at previous organizations.

Earlier Megha was working with various reputed brands like Vodafone, IndusInd Bank, Citi Group, GE Capital, Max Life Insurance Company Limited, etc. in several leadership positions and currently she's heading operations for Allianz Partners India.

She is a hands-on inclusive leader with a natural ability to foster collaborative relationships and to communicate a compelling and inspired vision as well as a sense of purpose; with an ability to think beyond area of immediate control/ domain to do what is right for the broader organization.

Vanitha comes with reputable HR experience throughout the gamut of Human Resources. She is passionate about igniting the ‘Human’ value in HR across all people practices and is a champion for creating inclusive and equitable opportunities for employees. In the past she has led and supported organizational transformation projects, new team acquisitions, business scale-up, operational excellence and implemented people-centric organizational policies.

Vanitha is an Engineering graduate and holds a Masters degree in HR. She has travelled and worked across multiple cities within the country and brings in a unique appreciation of the cultural and multigenerational diversity of the Indian workforce.

Ritesh Sharma is an extensively experienced finance professional with over 18 years of demonstrated track record with expertise in Finance, Accounting and Tax in a range of cultural environments across New Zealand, Australia, Europe, UAE and India. He is a professionally qualified accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and CPA Australia along with MBA in International Business & Finance from Auckland, New Zealand as well as certified Lean six sigma practitioner.

Prior to Allianz Partners, Ritesh worked with Lockheed Martin Corp where he led the Finance & Tax department for India & Australia. He started his career with Ernst & Young in the Audit, Assurance and Advisory department and went on to garner experiences within India and then onto Air New Zealand in Auckland, New Zealand wherein he progressed from contract accountant to management accountant and at the time of leaving the company was Manager – Finance & Business Strategy for the engineering division.

Akhil Sharma is an MBA with Specialization in Insurance with over 16 years of work experience in insurance and assistance services, handling key functions of product development, underwriting, claims handling, compliance, reinsurance and business development. He joined Allianz Partners in February 2013 as Senior Manager.

Prior to Allianz, he has worked with reputed brands like HDFC ERGO, ICICI Lombard, Wipro Technologies and Max Life Insurance.

Akhil was selected for “Allianz Global Talent Pool” in 2015 for outstanding performance in underwriting function in 2014. Akhil was chosen amongst top 6 underwriters across 28 BU’s of Allianz Partners.
