Charu Kaushal is the Managing Director of Allianz Partners India, one of the leading Assistance Services Company in India.  Charu joined Allianz Partners in May 2014 as the Chief Sales Officer and has played a crucial role in charting out an outstanding growth trajectory in India.

With over 10 years of dedicated service to Allianz Partners India, Charu is a seasoned business leader with a rich background in Banking and Financial Services, Insurance and Retail. Over the course of two decades of professional experience, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in roles with P&L accountability for over a decade.

Prior to joining Allianz Partners, she worked at Citigroup for close to a decade specializing in consumer finance and retail lending. During her time there, she served as the Business Head for personal loans, managing a robust network of 450 strong branches. Her professional journey also includes stints at Perfetti, Arvind Mills, and Netambit. She is a graduate in Economics from Lady Shriram College, Delhi University and holds an MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad.

Himanshu Sharma serves as the Sales Director at Allianz Partners India, leading the Automotive, Mobility, Home, and Travel Assistance businesses. With over 16 years of dedicated service at Allianz Partners and more than 26 years of experience across the banking and NBFC sectors, he brings extensive industry expertise, strategic vision, and leadership excellence to his role.

A passionate advocate for customer-centric assistance services, Himanshu has played a pivotal role in driving business growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer experiences across diverse market segments. Under his leadership, Allianz Partners India has continued to deliver innovative assistance solutions that meet evolving customer needs while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.

Himanshu is committed to fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. His collaborative leadership approach has been instrumental in developing sustainable business models, expanding market reach, and ensuring that Allianz Partners remains at the forefront of the assistance industry.

Before joining Allianz Partners India, Himanshu spent nearly a decade with Citigroup, where he held key leadership positions, including Investment Head. During this period, he gained extensive experience in managing asset and liability portfolios, further strengthening his expertise in financial services and business management.

Himanshu holds an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune. His strong foundation in finance, combined with his deep understanding of customer assistance and mobility ecosystems, has enabled him to build a distinguished career marked by growth, innovation, and lasting business impact.

Kavitha Kamal brings over two decades of experience leading human resources strategy and transformation across diverse industries. As Country Lead – HR for Allianz Partners India, she drives the organization’s people and culture agenda, enabling business growth through leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement.

Throughout her career, Kavitha has built a reputation for aligning HR strategy with business vision. She has successfully led large-scale transformation initiatives, including HR digitalization, performance management redesign, and culture-building programs that foster collaboration and high performance.

Before joining Allianz Partners, she served as AVP – Human Resources at Sequential Technologies International, where she led strategic HR projects spanning digital HR, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Known for her strategic foresight and people-first approach, Kavitha is passionate about creating inclusive, future-ready workplaces where people thrive and contribute to sustainable success.

Mohit brings over 25 years of extensive experience in leading large cross-functional teams across diverse industries and geographies. With an MBA and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, he has honed his skills in strategic management and organizational transformation.

Drawing from his solid background in client management, contract negotiation, business development and operations, Mohit has cultivated strong relationships and gained experience across various sectors including Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, and Government. He has dedicated considerable time to working and managing client relationships across Europe. Notably, Mohit has spearheaded the establishment and management of a Global Robotics Center of Excellence, showcasing his innovative approach to leveraging emerging technologies.

His strategic vision, effffective communication, and collaborative leadership style with a focus on people make him an invaluable asset in driving organizational growth and success.
