Cancellation Insurance
We offer insurances to cover if a customer needs to cancel their trip for specified reasons. These can be combined with either our travel or supplementary insurances to provide coverage to customers from the moment they purchase their insurance to when they return from their trip.
Travel Insurance

We offers a variety of different travel insurance packages covering from medical assistance only through to fully comprehensive covers

We can offer covers for:

  • Emergency medical expenses including repatriation
  • Hospital/confinement benefit
  • Cutting your trip short
  • Personal belongings (lost, theft, damage, delay)
  • Missed and delayed departures
  • Personal accident, personal liability and legal expenses

We can combine any of the above with cancellation insurance and/or speciality insurance. If you require a cover which is not listed above, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Supplementary Insurance

Our supplementary insurance package is designed to complement an existing basic travel insurance. For example a customer may have medical and luggage coverage through their home insurance but not any additional covers. 

The additional covers we can offer include:

  • Hospital/confinement benefit
  • Cutting your trip short
  • Personal belongings (delay)
  • Missed and delayed departures
  • Personal accident, personal liability and legal expenses

We also include cover for the excess/deductible that is applicable to their existing travel insurance.

  • Full knowledge of local dealer setups and collaboration with local OEM and importers.
  • Fully able to provide B-Call, diagnostics, remote vehicle location and stolen vehicle tracking services to customers.
  • Service Activated Roadside Assistance (SARA) solutions and support available. 
  • End-to-end digitalisation fuels Connected Service Apps, giving the customer a high level of interaction and ensuring peace of mind during the assistance.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services are delivered by our professional, experienced and caring team of coordinators.

Our warranty services offer financial peace of mind with easy-to-understand terms and conditions, claims management, underwriting expertise and ongoing customer and dealer support

We tailor our products to suit your individual business needs and can brand the product in your name, creating white label services where we work with you to grow and strengthen your warranty offering and aftersales portfolio.

Service Plans

We provide bespoke branded service plans for OEM and importers, with regular payment schedules to remove customer uncertainty of paying for future servicing costs. 

The service cost for a Service Plan is fixed for its duration, meaning a customer is protected against inflation and any price increases that may happen in the future.

Tyre Insurance

Our tyre insurance package offers an effective way of protecting customers from unexpected repair costs and inconvenience.

Even the most careful driver can sustain damage to their tyres, whether from unexpected road defects or cuts and tears caused by sharp objects. If your tyres are damaged, either accidentally or by a malicious act, our product provides you with the protection and convenience you need during such an emergency.

Our tyre insurance cover can be tailored to include:

  • All car tyres, including the spare
  • Run-flat tyres
  • Winter/Summer tyres
  • Accidental damage and punctures
Ticketing insurance
Also known as Missed event insurance. This provides cover when a customer is unable to attend an event for specified reasons. We reimburse the customer for their ticket cost.
Rental Car Damage insurance
Also known as Collision Damage Waiver insurance. This will reimburse a customer if they are charged for damage to their rental vehicle during the period of rental. We include cover if the customer is charged for the excess on the rental motor insurance or for damage to windows, undercarriage or tyres not covered under the rental motor insurance.
