Merve Yalçın Tolan
Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson
Merve Yalçın Tolan joined Allianz Partners in 2015 as Chief Sales Officer and was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Allianz Partners Türkiye in May 2018.
Merve Tolan began her career in 1998 as a Senior Account Executive at Marsh Insurance Company and from 2007 to 2015, she worked as a Senior Manager at HSBC Bank. An experienced manager with a proven track record in the insurance industry, Merve Tolan specialized in portfolio management, negotiation, financial risk, business relationship management, and business planning. Tolan holds an MBA with a focus on Marketing from Golden Gate University and is a member of the TÜSİAD (Turkish Industry and Business Association) and the Assistance Companies Association.
Jolanta Daria Karny
Chief Executive Officer NCEE and Board Member
Jolanta Karny was appointed NCEE Region CEO in October 2022. She joined the Aviva Group in 2003 and held positions such as Vice president Aviva/Sales and Marketing / GI product Director and was appointed CEO of Aviva TUnŻ SA in December 2021. She holds a Master’s degree in in Physics from Warsaw University.

Ercan Yavaş
Cheif Sales Officer
He started his career as Garanti Bank MT (Management Trainee) in 2004; In his banking career, he worked in branch and regional staff. Afterwards, he started at Vodafone Turkey Corporate sales team in 2011, was appointed as the Corporate Sales Regional Manager in 2013, worked in various regions and contributed to the growth and structuring of the regional directorates for the company.
Ercan has mathematic degree from Bilkent University.
Aygül Yılmaz Govindan
Chief Operating Officer
Aygül started at Allianz Partners as an agent in 2004 and later served as team leader, assistant manager and operations manager from 2014 to 2020. She became operations director in 2020.
Aygül worked at the first private emergency roadside assistance, medical consulting and ambulance company in Turkey between 1995 and 2000. Till 2004, Aygül worked in the operations, network and quality departments of a local assistant company.
She specializes in business excellence (OPEX) and management.
Derya Günüllü Atacık
Chief Human Resource Officer
Derya Gönüllü Atacık, has been working as the Human Resources Director of Allianz Partners Turkey since September 3, 2018. Derya takes an active role in different HR processes such as Performance, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Talent, HR Strategies, Training and Development at Allianz Partners.
Derya is a graduate of international relations and before joining Allianz Partners, she worked in the field of Human Resources in different sectors such as manufacturing, insurance and construction. Derya, who has been in business life since 2004, also graduated from CTI Coaching School.
Esra Genç
Chief Finance Officer
Esra Genç graduated from Saint Benoit High School and Istanbul University Faculty of Economics in English, and started her career as an auditor at Yönet-Moore Stephens audit company in 1998. Joining Allianz Partners in 2000 as a budget and reporting specialist, Esra continued to work as budget and reporting manager and director in the following years. In 2011, she was appointed as Finance Director and Board Member of Allianz Partners Turkey.
Esra Genç has experiences in the finance and insurance sectors and her areas of expertise include general accounting (local and IFRS), control and planning, risk management and planning the financial strategy of the organization, establishing investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks, controlling and evaluating the capital structure, ensuring financials and internal controls that can effectively support decision-making processes in determining the future strategies of the company. Esra holds a sworn financial advisor certificate, and is a member of the Assistance Companies Association.
