In Italy Allianz Partners is present with two offices in Milan and Casarano, with more than 750 employees, of which over 220 in the Contact Center and 260 in the Operational Center, which support our customers daily, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year , managing overall more than 5.6 million calls and about 600 thousand cases of assistance per year.
We have four specialized Allianz Partners lines of business, which we use to market our products and services. These are our commercial brands: Allianz Assistance, Allianz Automotive, Allianz Care and Allianz Travel.
